MEETING
You’ll have a pre-shoot meeting with Lauren via video chat to discuss your ideas, the type of shoot, location options, and any other important details.

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
We’ll finalise the details, and Lauren will guide you through any remaining questions you have before moving forward.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
To secure your session date, you’ll be sent over a contract to sign. Along with that, you’ll receive an invoice for the deposit, which is 50% of the total cost. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed!

COMMUNICATION
Lauren will stay in close communication with you from start to end. If an emergency arises, like bad weather or illness, we’ll discuss rescheduling options to make sure everything goes smoothly.

PRE-SHOOT PREP
We’ll finalise the details in the days leading up to the shoot. This includes confirming any details, and sending over a moodboard and shot list for the day.

SHOOT DAY
The big day! Whether it’s a family session, business portraits, or a set of reels, Lauren will guide you through the session to make sure you feel relaxed and at ease.

FINAL PAYMENT
Your remaining payment is due within 24 hours from the shoot date.
PHOTO SELECTION
After the shoot, you’ll receive a proof gallery of all the best images. You can then choose your favourite photos based on the number included in your package.

Your last chance to add on additional images.
POST PROCESSING
We begin editing and retouching your final project. This process typically takes between 1 and 3 weeks, as we ensure each piece of content is professionally polished.

Your edited images will be available for download via a secure online gallery. Enjoy your beautiful content!

Standard turnaround time is 1 week for 1-2 hour sessions, and 3 weeks for 4-8 hour sessions, but if you need your photos sooner, we offer a rush editing option for an additional fee.

For outdoor shoots, we monitor the weather closely. If it’s raining or unsuitable for the session, we’ll reschedule to a new date at no additional cost.

Yes! We’re happy to shoot on location, whether at your office, storefront, or another site that best represents your brand.

We take the time to understand your brand’s vision, aesthetics, and goals during the pre-shoot consultation, and can assist in creating a moodboard and plan that aligns with your brand’s style, ensuring the final images reflect your unique identity.

Absolutely! After the shoot, we’ll provide you with a gallery of images to choose from. You get to select your favourites, and we’ll edit those to perfection, ensuring they align with your vision and style.

We’ll send you a comprehensive pre-shoot guide that covers everything you need to know. This guide will help you with outfit suggestions, timing, location tips, and general preparation so you can feel confident and ready for the shoot
